Let me introduce myself. My name is Catherine. Cooking With Cath is my blog in which's concept was developed a couple of years ago and the name itself more recently. The name Cooking With Cath came from my aunt who wanted me to start teaching my older cousins how to cook weekly, throughout the summer. I am 14 years old and I have a true passion for ALL things food! I have had the lucky experiences to travel around the U.S. and Europe. I am also a very adventurous eater from veal sweetbreads to snails to rabbits to duck-I eat anything and everything!! I hope that if you the reader, are a kid you can remember that we are the food future so be adventurous and keep up old traditions.
