Take your crackers and top with a tablespoon of blue cheese, add half of a grape, nuts and drizzle with honey. Add to a platter with dried fruits, more grapes and nuts.

Grape tomatoes
Pesto
Quartered small mozzeralla balls
Fresh basil
Salt and pepper

For the Pesto: 2 cups of fresh basil 1/4 cup pinoli nuts 1 tbs water 3/4 cup olive oil salt and pepper pepper flakes 2 garlic cloves
Blend together all of the pesto ingredients except the olive oil, add that in while blending so it emulsifies. Blend until it is mixed together but still a little chunky. Stick a grape fruit knife in the stem side of the grape tomatoes, go around in a circle until the top comes off. Take out some of the inside add the pesto and top with the cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.

1 tbs. snipped chives
zest of one lemon
2 wide cucumbers cut into thick sturdy silces try not to use the ends that way the slices are similar in size

Take your cucumber slices and flake some salamon in the middle of it. Flake enough so that it is stacked up in the middle but not to much so that you will have enough for the rest. Add a quarter of the grape tomatoe, capers and a dollop of creme fraiche. Top them all off with lemon zest, salt, pepper, parsely, dill, more capers and chives. Serve with lemon wedges.
