2 cups good quality olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
salt
cracked black pepper
pinch of crushed red pepper
about a cup or more of herbs of your choice
Add all the ingredients together. Let the flavors meld for a while. Serve with good bread. I have an olive baguette and ciabatta bread in the picture.
This makes a great appetizer or side dish to a summer meal!
