Sandwich with avocado

1. ABC sandwich (avocado, bacon, crab)

Products required for 8 serves:

2 tablespoons mayonnaise2 tablespoons sour cream1 teaspoon lemon juice8 sliced cooked pieces of imitation crab1 bacon8 teaspoon chopped celery1 TSP chopped radish1 medium sized, peeled and chopped avocadobutterlettuce leaves6 cherry tomatoes, sliced slices16 bread

Preparation:

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice and stir to smooth sauce. If you want to reduce your calories, use low-fat mayonnaise and replace the cream with yogurt. Make another mixture of crab, celery, radish, avocado and a teaspoon of salt. Toast the slices of bread under broiler and spread with butter to keep them soft. Lay one piece with mayonnaise mixture and place a slice of bacon, a license of lettuce and a slice of tomato. Then cover with another slice of bread, spread with the avocado mixture.

2. Guacamole chicken sandwich

Products needed:

2 hamburger cooked boneless skinless chicken buns2 breasts1 avocado, sliced pickled slices lengthwise2 tomatoes sliced lengthwise1 lengthwise4 half onion cut into rounds2 slices of grilled Cheddar slices bacon2 cheese2 tablespoons bread crumbscorn oil for frying

For the guacamole:

1 avocado, mashed with half a chopped onion slices spoon1 tomato1 into small bits1 lime1 tablespoon chopped cilantro1 teaspoon saltchili sauce of choice

Preparation:

First and foremost, to take care of the chicken. Season as desired and sliced. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meat of chicken rolled with extra toast.

It's time for the guacamole. In a large bowl Mix the mashed avocado with salt and lime juice. Mix well and add the chopped tomatoes, onion, cilantro and chili sauce. Steak with a smooth texture and put in the fridge for a bit.

Toast the bread, spread with guacamole and place over the chicken, pickles, tomatoes, onion rounds, a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon.

The second recipe needs a bit more time to prepare, but the result will make you your favorite. In every other sandwich you made, you can add avocado slices or pasta. Use this amazing product of mother nature on hot summer days to take some important nutrition and reduce the levels of bad cholesterol.
