Today I got to meet Chef Symon at his book signing for his new book Carnivore.He is my favorite chef and just as nice in person as he is on TV! Chef Symon is so warm and has an infectious smile and laugh! Here is a picture of the two of us!
By the way I highly recommend Carnivore it is an awesome cookbook!!
