Ingredients for lasagna sauce:

* 1 tbsp olive oil
* pound chicken sausage, chopped

* 7 ounces plus cup ricotta cheese
* cups shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* large eggs
* teaspoon salt
* Ground black pepper to taste

Ingredients for lasagna:

* 6 no-boil lasagna noodles
* 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
* Cup of grated Parmesan cheese
* Nonstick olive oil spray

Instructions for lasagna sauce:
